People the anthracite ROO is discontinued. It's been confirmed by the boutique's and ADs. But it will not drop in price as far as retail. Whether it drops second hand even lower than it is currently has yet to be seen.

So far people are still paying the same price for it as before irregardless of the new one being much cheaper.

A lnib Ti 44 around 20k will be an extremely good value some day. Even new at 24k is pretty solid. I hate that AP lowers prices like this but my other brain says yay as it's coming into my price range.

As far as the 15707 I bought and sold mine for roughly 20k usd. Seems they are still worth about that which is impressive in today's market.

It's really stupid of AP to lower prices. If they can afford to drop the prices they should and just sell more.

If they want to keep the watch exclusive, then they should keep prices high and deal with the low volume.

It seems to me they have an identity crisis. They don't know if they want volume or exclusivity.

You know it seems a lot of brands are under pressure and shooting from the hip lately. I still love AP because they take care of you after sale but would prefer if they stayed put on pricing. I don't need increases it's just the decreases make customers second guess when the right time to buy is. The answer should always be today!

It's my favorite AP. Good luck with the hunt - it's fun.

It does look great, to be honest I've had a lead on a couple of used examples but it's not gone any further then that.

What pricing have you seen on the pre-owned? Around msrp?

$20,000-$21,000 I have been unable to locate any in the EU.

However in my search I have found an friendly AD who I'm off to see in regards to the new ceramic and Ti ROO's and try on the 15400 again which I toyed with purchasing a few times now.

Regardless I'm now set on waiting Basel out first before making any decisions (unless a mint EU 15707 turns up)

If they are in great shape then I guess that's not too terrible. Good luck with your search!

It's not until you add custom charges

Hence ideally looking for an EU example

I pleaded with AP to raid the parts bin for one last ceramic diver, we can all guess their reply

https://www.chronext.com/audemars-pi...005cr-01/U4692 this one is most likely somewhere in Europe. Finding who is actually selling it and bypassing chronext should get the price down with a couple of hundred.
