Condoms work better, shower caps are a bit slack and can let smoke in

What made you think Paul have condoms at home?

If I were you, I would tear out all of that dated tile (walls, shower, everything) and update to a modern shower tile. A lighter tone 12x24 nonslip porcelain would work well in that small water closet.
If you're going to leave the project as is, you really need to match the shower floor tile. You will want non-slip tile, and you will want it to look like someone intelligently designed the style (the shower tile gives you that continuity). Having three different tile patterns will look pretty stupid IMO. |

BTW, I have remodeled my entire condo, while i think it came out very well, I gurantee none of it looks like I paid someone a lot of money to do it. If I ever told anyone that I did, they would say I got robbed. |

I would like to see when you put the tiles with the drone.

The tile doesn't look dated to me...a nice neutral tone in the floor will look nice

Ideally you want matching tile on the shower and bathroom floors. This way it visually appears to be one larger space rather than two small spaces. I'm about to redo my half bath downstairs and am seriously tempted to hire it out. I have a guy that will do it from start to finish for 2500 plus materials.
I took on a serious MB remodel last year and it took forever. Mainly because we took down walls and redid all the plumbing electrical etc. I will never do it again. |

Honestly, the tile doesn't bother me. I'd lay down some that linoleum that looks like hardwood flooring and be done with it, It's great with water, cheap, and easy to install and really looks great. Pic some dark and rich and you'll be in business

That's two of us that might be right. It's a no brainer Paul, match the shower floor and save those brain cells for something challenging (like programing your drone to do the install for you).

OK, decided then. NOW, you guys should have seen me fight with the cabinet all day today... I decided I wanted LED lights.... Tomorrow I hook up the dimmer switch in the wall. When you hear the fire trucks you'll know why.
