Just doing math from the earlier posts - - it is poor service for sure (assuming they did anything). Do you think the AD explained the problem correctly in the RSC return process?

Yeah, that sounds like there may be a communication problem between the AD and the RSC. Hope this gets sorted out soon for you.

Send it in yourself. Never trust the middle man. Only you truly know your watch and can best explain the issue.
