To be honest, I love the idea of the new ref dial in the old case. Surely do post pics once it arrives! I'm super keen to see it.

Easiest one yet:
Trulli
CE Diver
Blue themes, you'll have 3 of the coolest 42mm ROO made yet, the 2 others are nice but don't even come close to these 3

I will see it in the flesh tomorrow, and make decision if I will keep the 26470 blue dial or have it replaced with the correct 26170 dial. My only concern is the "silver-ish" colour of the chrono dials on the 26470 - I much prefer the starch white chrono dials of the 26170 reference.

Will make decision as soon as the FedEx man comes tomorrow morning.

I am definitely keeping the 3 you have suggested above. I am leaning toward keeping the Rubberclad as it is arriving tomorrow, fresh from a service overhaul.

I will be selling my 39mm ROC RG on band here in a few weeks, gorgeous piece. PM if I can provide any further details.

I am actually in the market for a stainless steel 26300 ROC. Just realized I forgot to state in my earlier post that it's an SS I am after. Thank you though.

Not a RC fan, but if you want to keep 4 ROO and not 3 don't see anything wrong with that, but cleary keep as a minimum the 3 I cited, the ce diver is getting harder to source, and prices are getting more than they were at retail

Sorry for the numerous photos but all 3 pieces just came back from APSC. Here are my ROO Blue on navy horned back, Rubberclad and 15300 blue. I do like the new 26470 blue dial so I will keep it afterall.

Nice!
However, I wouldn't keep that dial, I'd get the right one.
1. It's not "period-correct" and becomes a fantasy piece.
2. I much prefer the slightly fatter numerals, and numerals in @12 seconds counter, of the old dial.
3. It's not even what you ordered.
Just my thoughts. Either way, great watches, and enjoy!!

All valid points. And I appreciate your input. The APSC told me to keep it for the next month, and the option will still be there if and when I decide to switch it to the 26170 dial. One thing that would make me change (the sleeker Arabics or absence of numerals in the "seconds" dial below "12" aren't huge issues for me) is that I prefer the starch white chrono dials on the 26170 reference over the silver tinted white dials found on this 26470 dial. That's the only detail that would make me switch dials.

Will leave it for now and see.
