If the NOS 2010 watch is purchased today from a current Rolex AD, then that warranty would be for 5 years. I would choose the NOS with a 5-year warranty! |

Both are Datejust II with Green Roman
2010 is brand new old stock. The seller will warranty the watch for one year. 2015 is used, and the seller will warranty the watch for the remainder of the warranty period. new 2010 is $8500. used 2015 is $8100. |

If condition is the same on both models, I'd vote for the 2015. Warranty and any improvements in the internals trump the 2010 being unworn. Just wearing a watch doesn't "use it up" or anything as long as there are no blemishes.
