Should be an absolute no brainer. I can assure you that you are in trouble just asking the question.

Well my girlfriend was flicking through the catalogue and found the watch she liked, happened to be the most expensive one in there at £125,000 ish! Needless to say I got my sub instead!

Paid half for hers when we were dating then when we got engaged she paid for mine in full. A sound like a good deal, but the trade off was an engagement ring that brought my watch fund to zero. LOL

Buy one for yourself and when you divorce, don't worry, she'll get her 1/2 ... at least in CA and WA?

Definitely not!!!
In my experience, waiting for someone only leaves you high and dry...and waiting. To fnd someone, you need to actively look and pursue!! With your Rolex, you now have all the tools necessary to keep track of time and make it to your rendezvous!! Get to it, pal!! SNB |

I have 3 Rollies, when I get my 5th,, I ll get the wife a SS Date Just with MOP face,, she will be happy.
For now she is happy with her Citizen Eco Drive, perfect time kept, no batteries ever needed and looks good,, and was $104. Maybe we are all being duped??? Sometimes I wonder if its insane to spend all this $$$$$$ to have a Rolex (es). d |

In my case, she perfers jewelery to watches, so I had a Rolex long before her. Her stuff costs more than mine anyway.
In your case, your wife should get it first, if that is what she wants. There is plenty of time.

Ideally, you would be in JJ's position (your own bank accounts) and you could buy what you wanted without having to answer to anyone
However, in this instance it may be better to let fate decide - whoever has the next birthday gets the watch Assuming they aren't on the same day of course - then you are stuffed I should also point out tht if what's yours is hers and vise versa, there are two outcomes: 1. Buy one Rolex and "share" it (make sure it is more comfortable for a man sized wrist ...) 2. If she really wanted a Rolex, she would use her/your money and go out and buy one. You could do the same Hope this helps Just be grateful you have a loving wife in any case. J |

correction: what is hers is hers and what is yours is hers as well

You could get a MidSize Yacht-Master and take turns wearing it!
