When the police report was filed , being embarrassed , he deliberately omitted the following conversation that took place:

Kid : How much for an hour ?
Hooker : You're so cute, I'll make an exception and won't charge you for my services, Sweetie....only if you allow me to take a selfie with your Rolex !

You should go ahead and wear it. I've seen plenty of Rolex and even AP/Patek on the streets of NY.

Since the article never mentioned assault, either he took it off his wrist voluntarily, or he was so drunk/high that he didn't notice someone else taking it off his wrist.

Idc who comes up to me in public and asks to wear my watch, the answer will be no. Unless my wife asks and in which case my answer would be in the form of a question of “ where’s yours!??”

It would be nice to see what the investigation reveals. What people report and what happened many times is not what happened. More to this story.

I don't let others put on my watch.
Does the king let other people wear his crown ?

The problem IMO is the context in which he let someone try on his watch. Stranger, at 2 AM, in a bar area.

If a friend that I trust says he likes my watch, I typically ask if he wants to try it on
