Off polish job.. or am I seeing things?

So I did the unthinkable. After enjoying my watch for a year and a half, al all of the scratches along with it, I got it polished after a series of superficial scuffs caused by getting my dog out of the car


I took it to a well known ad in town and this is what I got back. Something isn’t quite right to my eye. I have a sinking feeling I am going to need to send this off to get corrected. What do you all think? Where should I send it if it needs to be corrected? Do I leave well enough alone?

I instructed them to only do the band and not the watch itself.
