Changi Airport Terminal 3 has it in stock!

Maybe reach out to a few grey dealers in town as it should be available.

Perhaps hit up Chuan Watch.

I was really hopeful you would be successful

Sorry to hear that - sadly the situation in HK is not amazing either.
Hopefully the new year will bring some increase in stock levels

Sweet thanks - Not interested in Grey dealers as I want the full warranty. Changi worth a go but somehow I don't think 5% + discount is an option but I will give it a go !

It would be full warranty at the Grey Dealers, that I can absolutely promise you. But you seem firm on the AD expirience.

The airport ADs might discount a smidge and you’ll save around 5% tax, which is included in the sticker price, so you don’t get hit with horrid global blue transaction charges

Agreed about the full warranty - if the watch has been there for a bit, some time might have run off, but you’ll still have the proper Rolex warranty

Also, from my limited experience, the Singapore AD “experience” had generally been pretty poor!

Done - the watch has been aquired

Righto I have finally managed to get the Watch for a satisfactory price at an AD in Terminal 1 at Changi International Airport - Singapore - only one I could find in Singapore- the blue dial with Jubilee Bracelet is a rarity it seems.

Total deal took about an hour with haggling and a "walk out" but got what I was ok with - my beloved went hunting (read shopping for other stuff) with her mother (yep the MIL came on this trip !) while I was lolling about in the lounge drinking bubbles and feeling sorry for myself.

They came back up to the lounge and said they had found a "DateJust 42" in silver gah! - gotta love 'em. Then the challenge started... with 2 hours to departure ha.

Was a pleasant experience overall - the crappy exchange rate hurt but they took Aussie Cash $ and matched the city money guys pretty much.

Full warranty, knowing it's genuine and the acquisition challenges makes it special to me.

Gorgeous watch - the dial is stunning in different lights - from black to a light blue - and with the Fluted Bezel and Bracelet - its a keeper.

Thanks all for your help.

Congrats. I love that piece and wouldn’t mind picking one up myself. The jubilee makes it for me. Wear it in good health.

I just returned from Singapore and there were many Rolex stores and not one had more than one client and lots of staff. Not sure about discounts, but you should be able to have GST returned to you (tax free).

Edit: Too late, great that you found it!

Very nice watch! I've tried on several combinations but not the blue/jubilee. I love the rhodium/jubilee. The 41 is really made for the jubilee and looks best on it. I'm currently debating whether or not to pick one up while I wait until next year to buy another sports model. My dilemma is that I know they will be available for mid $7ks in a couple of years when the market is saturated with them. I love the watch and how it wears though. Maybe I should just forget about depreciation and just enjoy it. It's really the perfect watch for work. Dressy enough and very understated at the same time compared to sports models and PM.

At a conference today in Melbourne and had a couple of people comment on it which is unusual. Makes an effective conversation starter :-)

But realistically, for a PM piece, you should be getting 25% off.
