Congratulations and welcome! I wear a 36mm TT Datejust with Jubilee and I’m a fairly large guy, but I love everything about it. I have always thought “ladies” sizes don’t really make sense, the 36 looks perfect on your wrist. Enjoy your fine watch!

Welcome to TRF Julie and Congratulations on your
stunning and beautiful DJ !!!
It looks fantastic on your wrist !!!

The jubilee band looks fabulous and fits
the 36 mm DJ just right . My wife has a two tone
yellow gold and steel 36 mm DJ . It has the white face
with Roman numerals and a diamond bezel, she loves it ...
You chose wisely , enjoy it in good health !!!

My first Rolex (bought in 1974) was a two tone Datejust and it only came with the jubilee, so to me yours looks the way it should look.

Of course others will have other opinions, but to me, the DJ on jubilee just looks right.

Congrats and welcome the forum, where you will hear a gazillion different opinions on virtually every subject. Naturally my opinion is the correct one but even that is up for debate.

I totally agree, the Jubilee just screams classic Rolex, and that's what I wanted for my first ever Rolex. Thank you so much for the feedback! I think it definitely comes down to preference for sure, if I get another Rolex I will probably go for the Oyster band to switch things up. Thanks again!

I personally prefer oyster bracelet. Jubliee is more delicate looking, which I think looks good on girls. Oyster is more sporty.
another thing is, Jubliee tend to stretch easier, I think.

Thank you guys all so much for your feedback and warm welcome!!

I think the majority of you are right, I am going to stick to this combo with the Jubilee band, it's so classic and gorgeous! If I am lucky enough to get another Rolex, I will probably go for a model with the Oyster band! Thanks so much for all your feedback!!
xoxoxo

Welcome from Las Vegas

The Jubilee is no doubt the most comfortable bracelet I've worn.

Nice watches!

Welcome to the forum! Beautiful watches indeed. As far as the bracelet issue, you made the right choice IMO. Fluted bezels work best with the Super-Jubilee.

Second thoughts aside, your watch looks great!

Best,
Mark

Great people here on TRF.

Funny, you were having second thoughts about the oyster bracelet...well, after seeing your pix I'm thinking maybe I shoulda' got the Rose gold version! (Lol)

I'm very happy with my purchase but if I could, I'd like several variants of the DJ - such a classic piece.

Best,
Mark

Ha! My friend Debbie, who got the yellow gone two tone Datejust, also wonders if she should have gotten the rose gold, I think because these watches are so expensive, it's totally normal to second guess our choices, but I think our initial instincts are always right!

Jubilee is a great choice! The DJ is the only watch that offers it. Think about it, just about every rolex has the exact same bracelet, only the clasp changes. The jubilee stands alone!

The jubilee looks better on your watch. Goes great with your ring too! I have had both bands and like them equally. I will say if you are a stickler for scratches you will feel better about the jubilee. The oyster will show the scratches in the center links very easily and they will drive you nuts if you like the clean polished look. :) Congrats on the new watch. Enjoy! Aloha, Tim
