Huh, in that case I'd probably just pop off the old bezel before sending it in for service and get a new one (plus insert) for I suppose not much more than just a swapped bezel. I suppose most folks would just exchange the bezel and not necessarily get a service so I guess it is kind of a wash either way.

How did the old one get worn down so much? Through normal wear and tear that would be hard to do.
