Nice looking Moray.

You caught the sharp end, they are quite beautiful on the soft side. I’ve had Moray. It’s OK. Not worth spending money on if something else is available though.

Yes I like smoked eel as well, I have relatives in Hamburg. Every time I've been there's smoked eel , rollmops and matias herring are on the menu.

Great, do they flat smoke (butterflied) or round smoke in Germany?

Here we have a choice of both and I prefer flat smoked as it's less fatty.
