Well done, sir!

Your approach is a blueprint for success in any endeavor.
thanks for the nice post. It certainly was a grind and the wait was far beyond even my reasonable expectations of the dealers satisfying top dogs ahead of me. That’s like 2016. Then tbh with all the incomings on here I was so engulfed in it. There was even one post by a member that showed an incoming from my now OLD AD that really fired me up. I think the guy picked up a hulk, blnr and white dial d500 and made it sound like he just strolled into the store and hit the trifecta without a long prior history. Anyways, that’s all behind me finally so looking forward to wearing this bad boy at last. The guys are asking if the wait was worth it, gotta say it’s a pretty high hurdle at this point. I’m even embarrassed to admit that while waiting I wound up with a 116515 and 116506 - neither got me over the 500.

Awesome and congrats. It's my turn to suffer the same fate on patek's side...but seriously we need to take a step back and ask ourselves...why are we begging dealers to give them 10's of thousands of dollars for luxury goods? The answer is more obvious than most think...plenty of other watches to enjoy and other hobbies to pursue..don't be obsessed over these material things.....matters very little in the end.

You put in the time and earned it!

After my 116500 came in I honestly don’t really have any other pieces in mind. Glad you were able to complete that perfect pair.
