Time accuracy, am I fussing too much?

Until recently my PT DD40 was gaining less than a second a day when worn. However, when on a winder, lost around 5 seconds a day. But always reverted to gaining less than s second a day when worn.

After being on a winder for 3 weeks while I was on vacation during which is lost 5 seconds a day, now when worn, it consistently loses about 2-3 seconds a day.

The watch is 14 months old.

Should I be concerned or should I delete the Watch Tracker app and just enjoy the watch?
