Great pics. Thanks for sharing. I would proud of that finish even though you know you can do even better! Have our first HPDE for Porsche club at Topeka track this weekend. The stainless Daytona weighs less and will improve your lap times even further! :)

How are your wrists and thumb joints? After each race at Barber I was sore - very busy place. And we ancient ones didn’t have paddle shifters so a lot was done one-handed.

Watched on IMSA stream - you did get full length 45’ in Race 2 - they wouldn’t want to shortchange the Porsche drivers.

Now it might’ve felt shortened since many backed off a bit when some drivers took the agricultural line through some turns due to moisture.

Good car control and props on skills with a multi-class structure. I also was not in higher HP class and had to be mindful of leaders in top flight coming thru the field. Many kudo’s from the pro drivers doing commentary about how gentlemanly the Gold Class handled that even in difficult locations/conditions.

Sorry couldn’t make it over to see ya at the race - credentials shortage and I wasn’t going to sit outside race control and miss the live feed

You have that Platona strapped in the wrong place Tom.

Should be tied around the front axle.

Doesn't that say 7th place not 6th.

Go hard or go home.

Not sure which I admire most about people who do what you do...the skill or the 'plums'!

And that can relate to both your hobby and your profession!

Keep up the good work on all counts Tom
