Got mine about 3 years ago and love it. Favorite Rolex that I own.

I find it very versatile and unique enough to never tire of it. Well worth it as part of a collection or even a one and only.

Have had mine for 4 years and love it. Don’t listen to anyone who says, “yeah, but I can’t match my clothes to the green, blah, blah, blah”. You can wear this watch with anything. I also love the Sub C, but also wanted something to set it apart. Sounds perfect for you.

Probably the most versatile watch in my collection - the dial goes from sunburst green to almost black depending on the lighting. The color goes with any outfit formal or casual. Possibly my favorite rolex.

I'm coming up on a year since I bought my Hulk. I've worn it everyday since I purchased it and I have not tired of it by any means. In fact, I'm still in the honeymoon phase. It's a beautiful watch and I don't think I could ever see it any other way.

Amazing Sub. Still surprised how many faces it has. Never bores.

I haven't had mine long. It's a unique combination and plays with the incident light all the time. I can't see me ever tiring of it. It's too easy to wear, stylish, and interesting to see on the wrist in different lighting conditions. I wear mine with everything. What it goes with and what it doesn't go with is my call, since I'm the one wearing it. And my view is that it goes with everything.

I've owned a lot of Rolexes now and I'd say this is probably my most fav dial of all, due to its beauty and uniqueness.

I already had my dress watch (DateJust41 on a jubilee band) and bought the Hulk to be my casual watch. The problem is that I love it so much I can't take it off. It's become my dress and casual watch. I wear a suit/tie five days a week, and I've worn the Hulk with every color imaginable. It goes with everything. Don't overthink the green thing.

One word of caution - Don't buy the Hulk if you want to be the under the radar guy that never gets noticed. I wore my DateJust41 for a year with zero complements (which was fine by me). I've had my Hulk for less than two months and have had at least a half dozen complements. It's a watch that gets noticed.

This has led me to the Sub C Date LV. I love the green sunburst dial. I like watches with that little bit extra (which the LV provides).

However, and while I know ultimately this is my decision and only I know the true answer, for those that own the LV and wear frequently, have you tired of the green over time and how have you found the versatility?

I was also considering the Sub-C, again for the glidelock, but feel the LV is that little bit more unique and less similar to my BLNR.

Thanks
I wear dress shirts most days and find the hulk to be very versatile. I wear it on most of my dress shirts, except for my blue ones. But you have the batman to balance it out-- I think those two watches make an incredible combo.
And if you're Irish, it should be an absolute no brainer ; )

Mine says hi

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it because the color changes so much. In shadows it almost looks black -

I’ve had mine for all of 6 hours now, and I can’t stop looking at it.. I’m still shocked at how the dial goes from black to bright green depending on the light.. Will be my one and only for a while.

I would argue that it’s MORE versatile than the LN, since it can be casual and formal depending on the light...

Echoing pretty much everyone else's comments. Although I've only had it for a few months, I'm definitely not bored of it because it changes depending on the light! I'm sure you'll enjoy the watch immensely.

Ive had mine since 2012. I love it more than ever. It’s a keeper. Very versatile. There’s just something special about Rolex green.
