I think almost any luxury watch can work work with a suit. I say do it. I don’t wear suits anymore but if going to a formal event etc I wear my Sub with it.

Personally I would wear the pepsi with a navy or gray suit and keep the sub for black suits.

I've yet to see a Rolex that would not look great with a suit.

Commercial pilots wore them with a suit. Trouble is that you may be asked if you are a pilot :). Wear what makes you happy.

Impossible to make 126710 look bad, not even with a suit. It will look great!

Yes. It’s ok with a suit. I wear mine on leather though.

I have done it.

Mind you, I would prefer to acquire an ALS for those times if funds permitted.

I used to wear my Sub with a suit in all sort of formal meetings. Unless on strict occassions the GMT would be alright too.

I think a DJ would look better. A TT would be a classic look w a suit.

Thank you guys for those wonderful pictures. Keep them coming.
BTW, I'm sold, it does look great with a suit even with red and blue colors on the bezel.
Cheers.

My daily weather is the 114060 suit or no suit.
Tell me what you think.

I've started to wear my BLNR with a suit almost daily now... Great combo. Think the SS Pepsi will be fine if you're not too particular about wearing sports watches with suits like some.

Wear what you’re comfortable with. I wear a suit and tie to work everyday and personally I prefer a dressier watch with a suit. The only Rolex I wear with a suit is my steel Daytona.

Until I got on this forum I had never heard any opinion on what sort of watch goes with a suit. If I have a watch I would wear it with whatever suit I want. Now I’m starting to wonder.

I’ve wore a Pepsi at a funeral, a vintage 6239 Daytona in the pool. Only remark I ever got was when scuba diving and a guy at the beach reminded me to remove my watch (16610 sub) so it wouldn’t get water damage

I wouldn't, but in reality no one other than you will really care. Wear whatever you want, life is too short to worry about what other people think (especially about what watch you're wearing).

No reason it can’t work! Just be aware of the environment you’re in.
