This looks great! Thank you for sharing. I'm currently on the hunt for my first Rolex which is a BLNR. I have actually already thought about how it would look with a brushed bracelet, and considered maybe doing this when I finally got it. Now, I don't have to imagine what it might look like thanks to your pics, and I'm really loving it!
If you don't mind me asking.....What did the Sub bracelet cost? How long did it take to arrive? Why do you find this bracelet more comfortable? I would think it would feel the same as the original BLNR one? Thanks! |

I’ve genuinely bought it to replace my battered sub bracelet having granit worktops it’s taken a beating, but for now it can rest easy on the BLNR

Thanks for the clarification on the comfort aspect. I didn't think about the glide lock and was only thinking about the bracelet links touching the skin. Makes sense to me now. |

Cheers all, wanted to do this for a while and not that many pics out there showing the result, so wanted to share for a balanced view and if anyone else was thinking about doing it.
Here’s some more (serial no rubbed) Glad you like it. Note you’ll see I’ve already a scratch on the first link.. 3 hrs in and not even bothered :) New from an AD, a replacement for my very scratched up non date sub bracelet, just parking it here for a while that’s all... How much do they charge to brush the PCLs? This might be a more appealing option for me because of the cost. Does this void the warranty? I heard that if you send your watch in for warranty service, RSC does not like to see any modifications whatsoever?

At the AD mate, it’s a replacement for my sub bracelet, I’m guessing you have to own a sub to purchase a replacement.
It will go onto my sub one day, as the Nd sub gets 70% wrist time being the most perfect watch of course..it’s getting a bit damaged and all that, but for now i thought it would look good here..

Great alternative, mostly due to the glidelock option. (I am one of those few that actually like the PCLs, especially on a handsome jewel like BLNR. )

The glide lock wouldn't be a primary reason for me doing this, but is definitely an additional great feature! |

You’re not alone Faz, I believe the PCL’s bring that watch to life. Love it!

Looks awesome. I do not like PCLs either. Now it just needs the cyclops to be taken off and the bezel matted :)

I was surprised to see how my brain is use to seeing the BLNR with PCLs. It took me a second to refocus my eyes... but, I think it looks good!

Looks great. Although I like polished links, I don’t like scratches. And I always wonder how many watches/bands are really interchangeable.

Well done sir! I would have done the same. I have an extra glidelock for just such occasions!
