Taiga wears quickly I have a few. Epi truly lasts forever. It’s amazing. Neither is supple, Epi has a nice hand though. It’s special.

The Utah is fantastic, supple leather. But not as contemporary as the other two.

Agree about Epi being a thicker leather and lasting a very, very long time.

Haha

My forever comment has been bugging me all week!

Very, very long time is much more accurate.

So you carry this in a jacket, right? Too large to put in trousers pocket?

This is actually the exact reason this style is so incredibly popular with guys who know about it. It's has the function of a wallet (more than a normal card holder) while still going in your front pocket.

Thanks For everyone’s thoughts and feedback. I’ve decided to go with option number two which is a classic Epi. Now the last decision is to high color. I’m deciding between black or dark blue. I have no LV stores where I live so have not seen the dark blue but have seen the black. Please give your thoughts based on pics below. Thanks

black. Blue can look like faded black leather.

That blue looks pretty nice. My wife has that color but in a lady's bill sized wallet. It's very classy. Black though does go with everything. Just something to consider. BTW, I have that exact black wallet and it's well over 10-years old and still very, very presentable. I'm like GB with wallets... have a little collection going.
