Incoming - I can't believe it this will take some getting used to!!

I bought my first Rolex a Bluesey 116613lb in 2015 and have enjoyed wearing it every day since. It made me feel great every day when I put it on and I thought we would be together forever - but I just traded it in for my ultimate watch and I still can't quite believe it...


Here's how it happened:


Back in 2015 when I was studying the Rolex brochure I knew I wanted a Sub and discovered the Bluesey which was a huge step for me at the time. I then went to my local AD who turned out to be fantastic and I had a brilliant buying experience with Champagne and everything.


At first I was nervous wearing my new watch as it was a big step to take but soon got used to it and when I posted on here I got such great feedback & encouragement I soon wore it confidently daily - that was me sorted I thought..


Back in 2015 there was only one watch that I wanted more but it was so far out of reach that I didn't think about it seriously but didn't forget about it either...fast forward to 2018 and after working hard and saving I suddenly realised I could have enough saved to trade in my Bluesey for my ultimate watch previously owned!


Just before contacting anyone else I called my original AD - and spoke to the same person who sold me my Bluesey - and they had just received one and had it in stock..


I made an appointment with my AD and we were able to reach a deal so I now have a brand new one with the warranty card in my name and had the same fantastic experience with more Champagne

So here it is

This is going to take a lot of getting used to - it's heavy and bright gold
