What a great choice. The LN is such an under dog with all the other options, but I think it rises to every occasion perfectly.
Congrats.

Awesome! It's my favorite of the GMT models, with the new BLRO a close second.

Do you think you still want a BLNR?
Im sure your happy with this watch . . . but do you feel the draw to the BLNR still?

Yeah every time I see the BLNR I seem to like it a little more... not sure what I’d do if I get the opportunity to get a BLNR.

Congrats! I am in the same boat as you.. trying to get on the BLNR list... even the AD where I bought my first and current nice watch (superocean heritage) said they aren't adding any more names to the list. So it's either wait and hope or grab the LN.

Feel like I'd be "settling" though. Anyway, CONGRATS! Gorgeous piece.

I’m on a BLNR list, less than 2 years apparently. The LN was an impulse buy, seen it in the window and couldn’t resist! It really is a stunning watch though and the black will go with anything. That being said though the BLNR still draws me...

Congrats! I've decided to hold off on the LN and give the BLNR, but the LN is still a strong contender. It's a beauty of a watch :)

Great purchase,

Could be a win and one of the last of this model to come to AD's before a potential re-model of the case and movement if Rolex follows suit from the new Pepsi details.

I am a big fan of this model and as others note, a modern classic.

Enjoy.

Yeah I think this model is probably due an update soon, hopefully stopping production on it will make it more sought after

Yeah they did, I have to wait one year to get hold of it! Also removed the stickers, think that’s pretty standard from what I’ve heard.

Huge congrats, solid choice. I bought one in 2010. It was my first Rolex with a ceramic bezel, which I continue to find to be totally captivating in its beauty and in its practicality. I'm also a big fan of the contrasting green bits. Truly an all-around great watch. Hope your new 116710LN brings you much watch-wearing enjoyment. Mine says hello. Regards, -Rick.

Great choice, looks fantastic on you. What a classic look.

GMT is my favorite complication in a sports watch, I use it constantly.
