Here's an interesting comparison of the Tudor against the SS BLRO:

Thanks, and I will do. It’s going to be interesting to compare the Tudor to my other GMTs over a period of time.

Do you agree with me that both are very nice but the Tudor is the bargain? I mean, it looks and fees as good as the Rolex. But it's cheap compared to other brands. ( Had to agree with the Hodinkee article this time)

I own both and can't say I like one more than the other

The Tudor does feel to be amazingly good value for money.

I had to stop myself from buying two....the B.B. Chrono looks great to me (and I’m much more of a GMT man than a Chrono man). I held back to see how I get on with the GMT first.

I have an SS GMTc LN, and the WG BLRO. It’s going to be interesting to see how wrist time gets carved up. Clearly I’m in the honeymoon period, but I’m loving everything about the Tudor so far.

Nice! Congratulations! They seem to be rolling out quite well actually, AD here even has an unspoken for one in the window.

Congrats! And thanks for the side by side wrist shot with the WG BLRO! Helps to see how the case size compares.

Thanks. I happen to know that lots were delivered last week. To my knowledge they’re in widows in Geneva, Grenoble and Montpellier.

Clive: what drove your interest in the Tudor especially when you have the WG BLRO?

I knew I liked this watch as soon as I saw the first pictures when it was released at Basel. It was the first Tudor to interest me. As much as I love my WG BLRO, I still enjoy wearing my SS GMTc....so I suspect I’ll like wearing the Tudor as well.

There are also the occasional moments/trips when I would rather not be wearing a Rolex....

The truth will be in the wrist time. I’ll report back honestly in 6 and 12 months.
