This is an interesting thread. A very diverse crew here at TRF! I have always been fascinated by the different careers people have.

I used to do circumcisions but packed it in as the money was not good---$12 an hour plus tips.

Then I was a dresser in a strip club at $13 an hour. Not much I know but it was all I could afford.

I just remembered the one I used from grade 11. I knew it was a condensed version. This way I didn't have to give credit to Lord Acton

Electrical/Mechanical engineering, although I don't get much chance to put it into practise these days. I'm just waiting for retirement which is just around the corner.

I am retired.

In my life, I have been a paper boy, a United States Marine, a construction laborer, a restaurant manager, a potash mine loading dock laborer and operator, a professional actor, a sound technician for a professional theatrical production, a gourmet food-processing manager, a directory assistance operator, a bartender, a security guard, a furniture warehouse worker and deliverer, a college student, a graduate student, a manager of a homeless shelter, a licensed Master's-level Child Protective Services Social Worker (LMSW), an instructor working with developmentally-challenged children and adults, a restaurant busboy and all-round bon vivant.
