I believe the new, wider hands were used starting in 2014, but for some reason the Rolex website has always shown the blue OP36 with the old hands. I'm guessing it's an oversight on Rolex's part; their website isn't known for being up to date.

Never flip it! Especially if it’s your first!
Here it is all 36mm of it! The lume in the 3-6-9 markers is such a sweet little touch.
