I drink seltzer water like there is no tomorrow. In fact, it is the only water I typically drink, so I consume quite a lot of it.

Thankfully, it contains no sugar, fat, sodium, caffeine or carbohydrates. It is just carbonated water, like Pellegrino or Perrier... only less expensive.

I almost never drink soft drinks.

We'll have to smuggle straws in from Mexico though. Must have a straw with Iced Tea!

In the last year I've quit coffee, and am down to about a 25 grams a day of sugar total. Down from probly 300-400 grams a day.

My new "soda of choice" is Coca Cola Zero. No sugar, no caffeine, no calories.

I've lost 25 lbs in the meantime., and feel like a champ!

I drink soda occasionally. My preferred is Mt Dew or Dr Pepper. I do drink coffee everyday, 2 cups in the morning. I drink about 6 bottles of water a day. That’s about it

I only drink soft drinks (coca cola, etc) at ultramarathon aid stations, and even then I feel guilty drinking that junk.

I drink a lot of diet soda.

Many say that it will kill me, but since I don't drink alcohol or coffee, eat fatty foods, gorge on sweets, smoke, gamble, or do illicit drugs, I figure I deserve one vice.

I just had my yearly check up with blood work and all the numbers were very good... except sugar. It was 101 and they want it 99 or below. Doc said I should cut down in my sugar intake. I said: “Doc, I don’t smoke or drink, I excercise daily and keep my BP, cholesterol and every other number good, I HAVE to have one vice in this world just to know I am alive! And it is sweet tea”

I used to drink Coke, Pepsi etc occasionally then I stopped due to high blood sugar and now if I take it sip it is so sickly sweet as to be undrinkable, it's just black sugar now, if you can get yourself off it for a couple of months, think Pepsi Max is the best of the alternatives, then you'll probably have the same reaction and find it too sweet.

I’m a soda junkie. Mt Dew and Pepsi are my favorites. I drink several a day...I know it’s not healthy at all.

Just last month, I gave up a 10 year - 4 per day - No Carb, No Sugar Monster Energy Drink habit. I have not had coffee in 12 years. So still adjusting to no caffeine - flavored Sparkling water for the carbonation now.

Can’t say I feel better for giving it up....

I appreciate your guy’s concern, but my insulin numbers are good, there is no diabetes in my family, except for the sweet tea I eat healthy, am not overweight and excercise (almost) every day; not too worried about a 101 sugar reading when 99 would have been “normal”

It's Coca-Cola (aka Dixie champagne) for me. I have a Coke cooler at our store, and keep it stocked with glass bottles of "Mexican" Coke, Sprite and Fanta because it's made with real sugar and I think it tastes better. I try to limit myself to one per day. Sweat tea and homemade lemonade are also delicious!

I don’t drink coffee or tea so my morning pick me up is a Coke. Occasionally I’ll have another mid afternoon but that is rare.

I don’t drink much soda anymore, prefer water over everything. I do however enjoy a Pepsi whenever I’m eating a slice of pizza.

I have 1-2 diet sodas per day, plus usually 2 cups of coffee in the morning. My wife drinks about 6 diet sodas a day. Her office has free cans of soda - got to keep the employees caffeinated!

I don’t drink soda, but my god a co-worker has refrigerator in his office and the only thing in there is Mt. Dew! I think he drinks 5 a day. He’s real jumpy. A professional marathon runner at that as well.

I like Coca Cola a lot but not just any Coke, specifically McDonalds Coca Cola. There is nothing like it. I heard that the reason that Mcdonalds coke is so good is because the process from transport to the time where they store it, it never goes above a certain temperature. It remains cold even in storage and the system used to carbonate it is patented. This is what I have read and cannot confirm the validity but it makes sense to me haha

I actually believe it's the shape of the ice cubes that McDonalds uses. The thin, flat pieces of ice melt under the soda and somewhat waters down the Coke, more so than thicker square ice cubes. It's why, in my opinion, all fountain drinks taste better than out of a bottle or can.

Pelligrino or similar carbonated water. Occasionally a diet rite pure zero cola. Maybe 1 a week. Drink a lot of water.
Love good coffee and espresso. But mainly in the morning. At work I drink loose leave tea all day long. There are some great teas with healthy ingredients out there. Lately hibiscus and one called Maui Mango.
