I like the idea of switching it up. Can we see a wrist shot with it actually on? Don’t think I am liking this combo, but I like my Sub on a NATO and many people hate that...it’s all up to you and your personal taste

At the end of the day who cares what the forum thinks. You have to see it all day. (Kind of like my ugly wife) ha ha ha

Looks great man. Long live individuality.
Don’t worry about the criticisms. Remember this place can be an echo chamber. And this is also the place where some ask if it’s safe to wear their watch to take a dump. So consider the source(s). |

OUCH!! My eyes hurt.
Maybe a black leather strap would be a better option but it’s your watch. |

After seeing the wrist shots. I can't say that I'm a fan unfortunately. Feel bad for you, but maybe it'll do for another watch in the future?
I like the idea, but I think the colour just doesn't go. Maybe could try with a black? I think that would look great and give you some variation between bracelet. Good luck :) |

Maybe change it for a rubber strap... more appropriate for a Sub.

I like the Tudor comment and I like the black sub comment. I won’t say what I don’t like, but it’s brown and green.

Thank you all for the unfiltered feedback, that’s exacly what I was hoping to get. I have to admit that after I put on the strap I wasn’t crazy about it, but I don’t hate it either, time will tell. Perhaps I will use it on my future black dial sub one day. Thank you all again for the observations. |

this experiment highlights how integrated bracelet and case have become in the modern sports rolex. putting a 16610 on a strap would be the most normal thing in the world. but with a super case, heresy!
when i started with watches i wanted to buy the 114060 and sell the bracelet and do this. but then when you wear the sub, is all part of one thing together and it works well. and as your experiment demonstrates, we don't even have the option anymore really. it is bracelet or ? |
