Should Rolex experiment with tritium gas tubes on dials to replace Superluminova?

For those who don't know, tritium gas tubes provide a lighting source far brighter than luminous paint and do not need charging. They fade after 15-25 years at which point they could easily be replaced during regular service.

In my opinion luminous paint is a lost cause, it never has any real sharpness unless it is directly taken out of bright sunlight or charged by a flashlight, and even then it will dim rapidly. It was always just a poor replacement of the infamous radium paint.

Tritium gas tubes are used very well by Ball, who manufacture watches in the $2000 to $4000 price point.
