This watch is stunning! It is among the nicest watches I have ever seen.
The new dial knocks down the shiny dressier look of the blue dial just enough to make it imho the perfect daily wear. I love it. And just like that I forgive them for the 1159

From what in know is that AP can’t produce high number of jumbo due to the limited number of their movement they used which is cal 2121. And you are right also if they produce This salmon dial with cal 3120 in house movement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is it just me..or could the dial be the same as the champagne dial they use on the yellow gold Jumbo?

They are calling the dial rose gold so I would assume not. I wish it were actually salmon.

I’d like one too
Don’t forget the sub par WR and crown that will have your fingers annoyed. We’ve both been down this street before

Thats crazy that they post a limited production of 75 and now remove that from their website. It still will have a small production maybe 250 but i guess it gives some people a chance. As mentioned before this type of dial should of been cased in platinum. Cant wait for the 100% premiums

$120K not out of the question, Jumbo IP was 2.5x wasn't it?

I’m about to go back and read my own review. Concessions would be required, I just wouldn’t ever attempt to set the date again. This new dial is so compelling Vs the original blue while beautiful, in my experience lost the detail in person (Vs pictures) A friend has the yellow gold with gold dial and I was wowed by his watch only a few weeks ago when I got to try it on... didn’t think too much about it because the yellow gold wasn’t my thing ... and then bam, just when you think you’re out, there they go pulling me back in.

This is a good move by AP in my opinion to make more. I am always surprised by the big brands failure to make really compelling watches in white gold. It provides the look that the niche wis community likes and the margin that the manufacturer likes.
I see no reason not to have a white gold 5711/1G, full bracelet 116509 ceramic etc

LOL, I don't think that guy ALWAYS talks so fast. I got the impression he was given a limited amount of time to handle the watch.

Tried it on today! Bueatiful on the wrist, I think it will be 75 pieces a year whilst the production lasts.
