What to do - Tudor GMT

This past weekend I was at my AD getting an old datejust checked out. He offered me an SD 43 and Tudor GMT on nato, which I passed on both. I am really out for the blue skydweller / white Daytona.

However, knowing that I have no real knowledge of when I would get either, and I have a strong emphasis that the skydweller is more important, I have been interested in the Tudor gmt on leather. My only worry is that am I just trying to pick up a watch to itch the scratch? Will the honeymoon phase after a couple months and I only go back to the SubC date?

Then my AD texts me this...

I really love this watch, but am worried it will get a lot of wrist time to start then the honeymoon phase will fade. What do I do!!!
