I’ve bought two time pieces from Steven and Mark this year. They have been great to me and my wife. Always friendly and I love they are family owned.

Very cool. I should swing by....I’ve purchased a handful of diamonds for the wife from them, but have yet to purchase a watch. Looks like it might be a good time to let them know I’m on the hunt.

Agree with all of the positive comments. Awesome AD with very friendly sales staff. Purchased my first Rolex there a few months ago, an SS SD43. Nice to support local family owned business and they seem to get a lot of inventory. Sales tax is a killer but that is the cost of living in Washington.

I had same feeling before and bought a watch from them before, then realized that it was polished before but sold as new. not the best experience at all.

Ask for Tiffany... you'll thank me later ;)

I waited just two months for my Exp 1 late this summer, and all-in-all, it was a fantastic experience. I'll be back next year to purchase my wife her own Rolex.

Great selection and staff! Really enjoyed the experience buying from here and was able to get two timepieces from them! DJ41 w/ Blue Dial Oystersteel and a Oystersteel Submariner (no date). I love both and can't wait to fill in the rest of my future collection!

So you are saying you bought a "new" watch from this AD with papers and warranty card but it turned out to be "used"?

I take it you called the Police and Rolex? Taking a "used" product and selling it as "new" is not only unethical it is illegal.

Anyone else have this issue with an AD selling "used" Rolex watches as "new" after a nice polishing?

FYI - Goldfarb has their once-every-four-years sale going on now ..

Everything in the store is 30% off .. (except for Rolex). -- the only catch is that you can only pick up Feb 27-29 .. you can prepay now though.

I picked something up already. -- thinking of picking up another piece too.
