I’d like to know as well. I think I’ll hold out for a discount though. If the speedy 60th couldn’t hold price this won’t either. Good for us enthusiasts though

I’ve read May/June for the 806. From talking to watchfred, Breitling will be introducing more historic reeditions throughout the year.

A European dealer offered me one with around 15% discount + tax free as I am not EU resident. Total value is coming to roughly 25% off MSRP, is it OK deal?

I would take it. Sure you can wait 12 months and prob save another 10-15% but I’d pay the premium to have it this season. Such a cool piece.

I agree with GB, I'd buy it now and avoid trying to find a better deal. If this is anything like the original Navitimer B01 limited edition, they may hold their value slightly better than the standard Navis.

This watch is going to be amazing. The dial is completely flat and not dished like the current production Navi, and because the dial is flat and right to the edge of the bezel, the domed acrylic crystal is curved to make space for the hands. Acrylic crystal is going to give the dial superb clarity, without glare. Beaded bezel is a nice touch like the original 1959. Wings are back for this edition. Slightly slimmer, slightly smaller, very vintage. An "All Black" version as they say. What's not to like? It's a smash hit!

Only 250 to the US out of 1959 examples seems low to me. Very low. I’m guessing the US is Breitlings largest market but I could be wrong.

Cool, you’re lucky! My dealer already has 5 orders before mine but only required a 50% refundable deposit. Seems like it’s worth a shot for me.

I have my name on a list for one at my AD in the US. My AD was told by Breitling no discounts are available for this watch. It may be a US Breitling thing. He told me 200-300 for the US. I haven’t been told a date yet, but was told I should get it before it’s release, maybe as early as this month.

Placed my order yesterday with a 50% ref deposit. My AD only got 1 allocation initially but was able to get another one when I requested the watch the day it was released at Basel. He said late summer arrival. Very excited for this piece.

My AD told me there is also a rose gold version of this watch, but they are already sold out. He tried to order one, but was told they were all pre-ordered at Basel.

Interesting as this was a heritage model that is only in SS on the website. I can’t imagine buying a modern throw back model that wasn’t in the same metal as the original. Kind of defeats the purpose. Ymmv

I ordered one right after Breitling announced it and put it up on their site. The AD called their Breitling rep for me to verify they could get it and confirmed they could and took a 100% payment in advance from me. I hope this means I'm in and no shenanigans happen
