Nope. Just last name on case back. My wife worked at AD at the time so warranty also show RUSA as AD....direct purchase from Rolex.

I was told I would get the next Sky Dweller they got in.

I am tempted to call tomorrow to ask if they can have Rolex replace the case back.

Google the name and you'll know who it is. If he or she is from your area than AD is the culprit;)

BTW Rolex engraves watches out of factory for some important people. Maybe that was a chance to get one of a kind Rolex.

If the AD wasn’t up front about the engraving, I’d ask for the next one or walk. That sounds like a pretty shady trick to me.

1- how come they gave you the watch with stickers still on?
2- how come rolex sends an engraved watch as “new?
3- how come you believe it wasn’t the AD who engraved it?

Rolex has engraved casebacks for decades, all you have to do is order it that way.

I guess Rolex is desperate for stock. Looks like they took a return and put it back out as new without doing a proper inspection. Of course a watch, once bought, should NEVER be resold as brand new. Somebody had it engraved, decided they didn't want it after all, replaced the stickers and told the AD "I never even wore it."

RUSA would have organised the engraving rather than Rolex SA.
