Ohhh yeah! Amazing role. Reminded me very much of Louise Fletcher playing nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. I think I hated each character equally!!

Kathy Bates was wonderful in Fried Green Tomatoes and I loved her in Dolores Claibourne!!!

Yes, she was terrific in Fried Green Tomatoes - now there was a great flick! I thought it was going to be a sappy sissy-girl movie - boy, was I mistaken! (barbecue, anyone?)

Anyway, actor: I cannot decide between three legendary New Yorkers, Marlon Brando, Robert De niro and Al Pacino!
So my vote goes to greatest movie hero of all time, and perhaps greatest director of our time, Clint Eastwood!

And actress? Meryl Streep, definitely!
