I would vote for the DJ 41 in blue dial. Of which, those in fluted bezel n jubilee bracelet are simply gorgeous.

Thanks guys for all the votes and opinions! It certainly gives me different perspective to consider.
Since I already have DJ in fluted and jubilee from way back (36mm), I seem to incline towards oyster with smooth or fluted. Tough choices indeed! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I chance upon a Milgauss Z-Blue last month in an AD, but I somehow found it a bit thick and heavy for my taste. Maybe I got used to the size and weight of the other sports series. I pass on it and decided to look at this DJ 41 option. I feel like I will definitely come back for it at some point in the future! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I finally went to the AD yesterday to try out both the DJ41 and OP39:
I was quite surprised that the DJ41 does not wear bigger than the sports 40mm that I got used to. In fact, it looks a little smaller, slimmer than the bezel of say, GMT or submariner, despite being a 41. Feature wised, I’m biased towards the DJ41. I decided to take this route of the DJ - smooth + oyster. I feel like it is more casual and sporty, which is what I intend to wear it for. After seeing the sunburst blue dial, I’m sold! Z Thank you guys for all the comments and suggestions! Added another piece in my collection! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not your reference but the blue dial takes the cake. Go for it.

The DJ41 doesn't wear too large because it's actually 39.5mm ... just half a mm more than the OP39 ..

Yes, I agree, it doesn’t feel like 41 at all and your measurement confirms that. By the way, noticed we have the same combo! Nice! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

No question. DJ41. Fluted. Oyster.

You made the right choice, smooth bezel and oyster bracelet I think is stunning and is definitely more casual and sporty.

That is one of the best wrist shots I've ever seen for the DJ41 flu-blu-jub!

I faced the same dilemma. In the end the DJ was too flashy for me. OP for me.

The 41 is too big. The lugs overhang your wrist.
Don’t sleep on the new DJ36, the size is good, the proportions are better, and the new jubilee and case shape make it wear completely different than the outgoing model.

Not a fan of the green dots on the op. Smooth dj is sharp.
