A lot of big time athletes have had this done overseas and it’s helped. I think not all treatments are the same. You probably won’t get the same results as Kobe Bryant did on his knee when he went to Germany for treatment if you have Joe Schmoe down the street do it.

You can get both PRP and stem cell treatments at Mayo Clinic. Insurance is not accepted for procedures. Cost for PRP is around $1500 and stem cell $2000. Helps for some people.

Joe Rogan did a podcast a couple years ago with doctor from Las Vegas that does stem cell injections for UFC fighters. Worth a listen if you are interested.
