Me too. None of my other watches come even close to my Z Blue in generating compliments.

Love my Milgauss. Once in rotation, it’s very hard to take off the wrist.

Love my Milgauss, but it’s not very popular, even amongst vintage collectors. I think some of the reasons are that it’s 38mm so it’s slightly out of the sweet spot for size and also that it looks too similar to the OP/Air King.

Woah! Your CERN Milgauss sure is in great shape and I am sure is a lot more popular than you think. I can only hope my modern reference will age just as gracefully.

Awesome watches and great stories thus far gentlemen! Looking forward to seeing many more. Maybe a few more of the rarer vintage references will make an appearance some day

The white dial almost looks like enamel in person. I also like the under the radar factor i.e. not the typical Rolex spotted in the wild. Also, SS models that are not well received when released tend to hold value relatively well in long run.

Mine on a recently received Perlon strap. Looks tight but it's just compressing my just added fat layer from the buffet.

Hard to beat #13 photo. That's a beauty! Had a lady friend who wears one daily. Must say it looks good on her, and all the hairy arms on here.

I'm not a member of this club, I just came to look at the pictures. This one is a beaut, I don't love the hottest watch just because the herd wants it.

Me too...despite owning 3 other rolexes, Milgauss Z blue is the only one which catches other’s fancy and curiosity - eventually asking “which watch is that?” ... ofcourse, it caught my fancy long ago...

I love my MG but am not a fan of PCL's. I put a strap on my Daytona and have ordered several for the MG. I can always go back to the bracelet, but I enjoy the different looks of Nato's and other straps. Photo stinks as do all of mine, but here is one:

This is a common discussion among Milgauss owners. The subtle differences in the dial. Just want to point it out in this thread.

To be specific, it's the kerning of the OYSTER PERPETUAL and the font of the MILGAUSS mark.

EDIT: See my attachment below for images from the Rolex website.

Dial A is what is mostly called "T to T" because the MILGAUSS mark starts from the letter T's of the Oyster Perpetual mark (in reality, though, it's the half of "S" and half of "U") It also has a wider font for the "MILGAUSS".

Dial B, meanwhile, has the MILGAUSS spanning from "S to U" of the OP mark (again, reality is it's about half of "Y" and half of "A") and a thinner font for the watch's name.

It's probably thinner because the "paint" doesn't stick as well in a dial like the Z-Blue compared to the matte dial that holds it better.

However, please note that both black, white, GV and non-GV versions all exhibit the variances regardless of configuration.

Anyway, I have a "Dial A" type. 2012, V series.

So, which one's yours?
