Along the ALL BLACK DLC version (above as a darkend out image as not to piss anyone off) they have released a only for teams edition... on rubber!

I like that. I know it won't be everyone's cup o' tea, but I appreciate Tudor trying some new and different concepts.
That's one of the things I enjoy about Tudor - they're doing interesting things that Rolex won't. Plus, I'll probably be able to actually find one of these in an AD display case. |

OK, I will talk about the elephant in the room....what on earth happened to the All Black Chrono?! The watch pictured above is a black bay dark that has been out for a long time isn’t it?
What did the now OP of the removed thread see?! Strange. All that hype by Tudor for pretty much nothing?! Maybe they pulled it because the surprise was ruined! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If Tudor saw any of this and got touchy about it they are pathetic, they should be pleased that we were Born To Dare! If their idea of being daring was a 5 minute Haka they need a new slogan! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is so silly as nothing dies on the internet.
We all saw the Chrono that ought to be released at some point today and while we should respect the OP's wishes, the OP did post it, we all saw it (maybe some of the wiser took a screen shot) and it's out there, so let's talk about it as this is a watch forum. |

This thread is so confusing....is something being released? What was taken down from the Internet? Who's on first?

Talking about it may get the Tudor police after us! Basically, All Black Chrono was seen when it hadn’t officially been released, no intent meant by anyone to undermine Tudor, someone saw it and asked what we knew of it. It looked really nice, it was assumed that was what Tudors exciting news would be today but we got an old watch and a 5 minute Haka instead Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I spend money at my ADs and have no interest in gaining internet points on other people’s mistakes. I should not have seen it in the first place. I’ll stop fueling the fire by replying now, trust our curiosity is all piqued now and can wait until it is official. |

CruJ; The OP posted a photo of a PVD Black Bay Chronograph that was at his local AD in Dubai and asked the forum "What Tudor is this?" after indicating his AD Representative said something to the effect of "The whole country is only getting two of these".
That was yesterday. As of today, OP has requested for some reason that his post be taken down...enter the speculation machine now as the OP seems to be regretting his initial post, has asked to have it taken down and seems upset with others posting even altered images of the original image OP posted. This all spins on the previous Tudor announcement that something would happen/be released today. |

Much respect to the OP, certainly a pickle you never intended to get in and I am very curious what a visit from 'The Tudor Police' looks like :)
I really do not agree about 'respecting' the brands in regards to keeping their trade secrets. If communication is so poor that some AD's are displaying a model days before it supposed to have any images released, that is an internal issue and they should know about cell phone cameras and the internet, this is not new territory. Whether it is this or Basel, I love the early leaks! |

I spoke with my Tudor AD yesterday and they told me that something was going to be released today but did not know what exactly as it was embargoed till after 6.30 pm GMT.
They had no new stock waiting under the counter for this event but told me as i was the first to ask, I was No 1 on the list for the mystery All Black Chrono if it should put in an appearance. They were totally cool and ok with me, no issues as they are WIS same as myself. |

I wonder if all Black Bays will come in all black, including the GMT? There have been a lot of references to multiple time zones on their instagram and website recently. I don't recall that in the past...

I was at Tudor today (in Geneva). There is a new piece coming out - but not today. Shortly before the World Cup starts.

Tudor is becoming omega lite with all these limited editions that aren’t really that limited or special imo

But that makes sense for Tudor. They are sort of the "fun" little sister of Rolex and a good brand to put out special editions and all the stuff Rolex won't do. For Omega on the other hand, it hurts their brand over time in my opinion.

Do people seriously want PVD coated stuff over plain SS? I would not even consider anything coated.
