Faith, which store does Jeff work in? Plaza or Court? The Plaza is a better part of the mall in my opinion because there is a Tourneau, BB&B, Cartier and a few other nice watch stores in there.
As for a restaurants, what about California Pizza Kitchen? Casual and not super expensive.

Final Plans
I want to thank everyone for their input. Here are the definitive plans:
We will be meeting at Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse @ 500 Mall Blvd., King of Prussia Mall on Sat., April 4th @ noon. (Please confirm with me a week prior so I can alert Morton's to number of us.) To reiterate, I am also waiting for a return call from Jeff from Caldwell's (AD), who is attempting to arrange a meeting between us and his Rolex rep. In response to your question, Adam, this store is located in the Plaza, in close proximity to Bloomingdale's. I am really looking forward to meeting the people behind their avatars and know we will have a great time! Take care and e-mail with any questions. Faith |

It looks as though we are going to have a nice turnout since I have received some PMs from people who wish to attend but don't appear on this thread. As far as the plans are concerned, we will meet at noon at Morton's and take it from there. I will be away for the next week, so please, continue to leave comments, reservations, PMs, and I will get back to you when I return. Faith

I have been to Morton's a few times for dinner, but never for lunch. Great food, but pretty steep prices. How about we keep it to appetizers and drinks?

I received some very nice PMs - thank you.
I'd like to respond to a few people . . . Jack, It doesn't matter whether you've posted or not. The only criterion - make that criteria - you need to join us are that you are a registered member of this site (which you are) and that you have a desire to go (which you do). Bring yourself and your Rolex down from Allentown and join us on April 4th! Bob (sgt), Although you posted in triplicate, you are only entitled to one reservation. Dan (Uncle Sallie), That you might be willing to travel all the way here from York/Harrisburg is incredible. That speaks volumes about your loyalty or "WISness." I understand it's a long distance for you as well as Jack, but I know I speak for the entire group when I say, we'd love for you guys to join us. My greatest hope is that things go well and we decide to do this annually. How terrific would that be?! If anyone can pull this off, it's Pennsylvanians! Finally, for the record - people writing posts and pms start out Taffi? Faith? Permit me to clarify . . . my dog is Taffi, I am Faith. I want to thank everyone again for being helpful and supportive. |

For a while, this thread was not operating properly and I was unable to add any posts, which is why I started the new one. I have a family member in the hospital now, and iI am running back and forth. If you need to reach me, it will be easier for me to access my personal e-mail then to sign to this site. My e-mail is [email protected]. Take care, Faith

Sperry.
I, too, hope we get to see the TOG. Of course, we'd like to see you but will understand if you are unable to make it. After all, there are some things over which we have no control. Latrodectus, You are a cutie and you are THE White Dog. (After a stressful several days, it pleases me immeasurably to report that my father will be d/c'd to home from the hospital at the beginning of this upcoming week. My closest male friend is a physician who works at the same hospital, and has been visiting with him daily. I know he has been in good hands and am extremely grateful.) |

Tick-TOG
That's great, Faith. It's good to have a friend who can empathize from a position of familiarity, knowledge and experience.
Saturdays are usually busy. Today I had to run 125 miles south, and then had an appointment in Wilmington. I did manage some time to visit the Christiana Mall Caldwells. For the ladies, they had a sweet mother-of-pearl faced WG Datejust with President bracelet. Nice heft. |

Jim II probably has to work.
Although I did invite a special guest star, Jonathan, the indefatigable Suburban Square Caldwell's Rolex guru. He probably has to work, as well. If I can stop in for a glass of seltzer, you bet I'll make the effort. No need for a formal reservation, I'll find a spot to squeeze in. Faith, don't tell me that you're the only woman there? |

Yet another update . . . I phoned to place reservations at Mortons. Lo and behold, they don't open until 4 on Saturdays. The manager then referred me to Sullivans. Surprise! They, too, do not open until 4 on Saturdays.
Permit me to cut to the chase: I have booked us a semi-private room at Legal Seafoods (as opposed to what, "Contraband Kitchen?"). Legal Seafoods is located on the third level of the Court, opposite Macy's, and in close proximity to Bloomingdale's. See you there. |

There are 3 Jims who responded to this GTG, 2 of whom will definitely be coming, the other is uncertain d/t work schedule. Also heard from Wolfgang who will apprise us as the time grows nearer.

Last Call
I am sending this thread around as a "last call" for those who would like to attend Saturday's Philly GTG. I reserved extra seats since a few of you indicated that due to other obligations, scheduling in advance was precarious at best. If you would still like to join us, please send me a PM or post on this thread. To the rest of you - see you Saturday!
