Tudor blue Pelagos
Traveling today so stopped in the local AD in Burlington, Vermont.
They had the white gold/ blue faced submariner 116619 in the case and I tried it on. This is my absolute favorite Rolex. If cost wasn’t an object this would be the one I would own. I’m ok with spending 10-15k on a single watch but just can’t justify a 30-35k+ purchase. They also had a nice Tudor selection including the Blue faced pelagos. Nobody in my home area sells Tudor so this was my first time trying it on. Was quite impressed with it. I actually like bigger watches, I am 6’3” with a large wrist. I have a 116710 GMT and it is about as small a watch as I will wear so I had no issues with the slightly larger size of the Tudor and also liked it comes with the blue rubber band. As I said this was my first time ever seeing Tudors in person and just don’t know much about them. Curious about the general satisfaction level from other owners? Specifically any pros or cons with the Pelagos in particular. Certainly isn’t anywhere on the level or a gold Rolex but seems to be a pretty nice value for the price. Appreciate any feedback.
