Congrats, love the 5s- especially the 16710. Any plans to pick up other bezels or change it up, or leave as-is?

Keep it original brother. It's getting harder and harder to find original tritium dials and hands on references from that time. You might get lume now if you change, but you will lose the vintage appeal, and maybe one day a long time from now, less collectability. Plus the creamy patina is the coolest!

I got it in my mind only a few weeks ago. Actually started looking for a 5 digit tritium pepsi, but found the perfect Coke instead, and I'm so happy it ended up that way, it worked out just the way it should have. And the hunt was fun as always!

No I am going to enjoy the Coke and keep it as is. I'd like to keep it as it was born. I do think it is cool when people have multiple inserts, but it's just not my thing.

Coke is arguably more correct for the GMT II anyway. Plus it gives you all kinds of open doors for snarky comments when people ask about or suggest Pepsi inserts.

Picked up this unpolished T serial 16710 Coke with original tritium dial and hands from Chris and ErikSzper at Radcliffe Jewelers. Great experience, thank you guys!

It’s my first 5 digit reference, and now I really understand why the pre ceramics are so beloved.

Love the neo-vintage look and feel of the hollow end links and holes case, and the warm patina is just lovely.

Here’s a pic with the least amount of glare I could manage.

Yep that was the first thing I looked for. Hard to find the T dials without service replacement hands.

As a side note, I bought one of my very first watches from Erik about 10 years ago. Nice guy, I’d buy from him again.
I worked with Chris and he was great. Will use them again. Too bad I don't live there. The stores look like candy land lol

Yep I wanted hollow end links, holes case, T dial for the vintage look. Years from now that combo will be hard to find in good shape.

I was looking for a pepsi as my first 5 digit, but when I came across this coke I changed my mind right away. Very glad it turned out this way!
