Incoming Daytona

Walked in the AD today for no specific reason and was trying on some Tudor Black Bays and then moved to the Rolex case. They asked if there was something specific I was looking for, which I wasn't. I just said off the cuff that just like everyone else anything in steel would be nice.

She walked to the back and returned with a Daytona that she says came in earlier that day and that it was mine if I wanted it. Easy answer.

I bought some minor things from them about a year ago, but no real relationship. They don't know me when I walk in the door.

I guess they just would rather sell it than have to make phone calls. I guess it is just my lucky day.
