No, it is a separate list. The warranty database is accessible by the AD’s to perform routine warranty work. But the theft list is only available to the RSCs.

Ah, ok, thank you for responding. It's a shame (if) the two databases don't "talk." Seems simple enough these days.

Such list you refer to is not existing.
Rolex does not keep track about who owns which watch.
Your name is not registered.
Perhaps an AD keeps a mailing list for their customers
