Buying from Multiple ADs, Would it affect the relationship?

I recently purchased 2 Rolexes from different AD's both of whom I wished to maintain a good relationship with. The thing is that with one AD I purchased a Breitling and as a result I got the latest SS SeaDweller 43. With the other AD I bought a DJ 40 and as a result I was offered a SS Deep Sea but I declined the purchase.

I am curious to know how my relationship with my AD's would be affected if my AD's are aware that I am buying from another AD as well. Would it spark a friendly competition or would it prevent them from selling more unique pieces.

Either ways I plan to help their business based on who comes with the pieces I want first but I don't want my relationship to be spoilt either.

What do you guys think and recommend?
