Congratulations, it's really a rare and beautiful watch. I also want to have this one for my wrist. I have bought Rolex five years ago but now I will sell my rolex and have the new limited edition of Rolex.

Great choice. The WG Oysterflex Daytona is the best looking Daytona by far... IMHO.

Beautiful watch. My buddy picked this reference last year and it has become his daily wearer.

I, too, noticed they have changed their shipping method. I purchased a watch a few weeks ago and the AD notified me I would receive my official Rolex box a few days later due to a delay.

I've had my 519LN since October 2019 and love it! It's the only reason I actually own a Daytona. I was never interested in them prior to seeing the 519LN. Love it. Congrats!

By far the best looking Daytona in the current Rolex catalogue.

Enjoy.

Yep, this one is the only Daytona that ever sang to me.

Agreed! It works well as casual and that’s my normal mode.

I got mine earlier this month. Great casual-luxury watch, and the only Daytona I wanted. I've worn it almost every day for the last three weeks, so I expect you're still enjoying yours!

Now my only Rolex as I sold a Seadweller to help fund it. Congrats on the purchase.

*edit - ha, I had forgotten I had already commented on the first page of this thread. Still, it's still as nice a watch now as it was then !

I’ve never owned a Daytona until today. It fits quite nicely and the straps are comfortable. I debated the 509 with bracelet, but I have 2 other PMs with bracelet and I wanted a more casual piece. Plus, the dial just pops. Had my son’s name put on the card, for the future. His name is on the only 2 new Rolex that I’ve purchased from my AD. Glad he likes watches, like me.

Couple of notes. Yes, this one has a name on the card. However, in the future cards will not have a name. Cards will feature near field communication chips rather than the magnetic stripe. There have been threads on that.

Another interesting note is that Rolex has begun shipping the watches in coffins, separate from the large, green boxes. They are shipping the boxes to ADs using a cheaper delivery method. Shipping watches in coffins reduces the size of shipment packaging and saves them on the insurance and delivery fee for the shipment. My watch, books and card came in several days ahead of the green Rolex box that accompanies the watch.

I don’t do incomings much because my collection changes a lot. But it seems to be stabilizing.

Thanks for all your enabling posts.

Wishing you all the best in these uncertain times.

Love this dial - Congrats
