This watch as far as I am aware was made by Rolex in a very small number and I am sure Rolex would not just cut off the dial feet resolder tham or stick the dial on.

This particular watch belongs to Mr James Dowling (or at least did I think it may have been stolen) and can be seen here second watch from the bottom with a letter from Rolex to confirm this is a Rolex Comex Seadweller.

Sorry !! I trust fully what you said, that it is an original "pilot" run, and I did not mean that it is not. I just expressed the opinion, that, for some people that prefer their watches on the right hand this could be a proposal that can be realized by a watch maker.

For me it was the first time to see such a version ! Thanks for sharing

don't see too many of the white dial Pan Am GMTs, also I've heard rumor of 8 or so SS day-dates....
