Many watches on that list are not casual, let alone dressy.

Rolex casuals would be OP, DJ, DD... even SkyD, though somewhat busy dial...

Most versatile : SS DJ, smooth bezel, stick indices.
Most casual other brand:Panerai, 44mm, brushed steel luminor on distressed leather brown strap.

Under $1000: Seiko and you dont need to spend nearly that much. SARB line is my favorite

$1000 - $4000: Nomos or Tudor

$4000 - $7000: DJ 36

Never owned anything above that so I cant speak to the higher end

dressier for me would be something like a Rolex Cellini ( if it were Rolex and not PP or VC ) but thats on leather and I guess from your list you where thinking steel bracelet.

I'd maybe look at the vintage Rolex's on bracelet but then you are into manual winding and possibly not waterproof any more, so it depends how "casual" you'd want to tred. And if it was to be a daily wearer.
