I've always liked the orange and white contrast on the polar.

For me it's a dead heat.

Sky Dweller has a hint of silver. Polar is snow white.

I went with the fluted DJ2 for my white dial.

Since the OP didn't place any specific restrictions or parameters on our answers (ie it must be a current and/or regular production model or something like that), I pushed the boundaries and thought out of the box..

1) how about a cream dial 16550 transitional Expl 2?
2) or a rare Albino (Pan Am) 6542 GMT?

Both truly unique (and beautiful imo) and with light/white dials.. one is essentially a polar with an "error" dial and the other was a specially commissioned variant.

Hodinkee wrote a nice article on the Albino 5 years ago:

Even if you included the Daytona, it’s still this one for me.

My vote is for the often overlooked white gold and platinum Yachtmaster II 116689.

Not much love for the white-dial Milgauss!

SS YMii. Love its white dial surrounded by a beautiful blue ceramic bezel. Awesome contrast and fun watch.

In my humble opinion:

1) OP39 - I love the eggshell hue of the dial. It can be either white or a creamy off white depending on the lighting - and I love the slight texture of the dial
2) Sky-Dweller - it is more of an off white I think from the pictures - not full white. And I think it is really dynamic in different lighting positions.
3) Explorer II - that white really reminds me of the snow, and that bright white with the orange 24 hour hand - so so sexy.
