Compared to a full service paid out of pocket, they won’t proactively polish a watch under warranty even if it requires full service. That’s what I was told when I had one of my DJ41s in for warranty repairs.

I was concerned....reading and seeing pictures of a bad polish job. I'm really glad it wasn't under the wheel! It did actually receive some additional battle scars while away....the back case is nicely scratched up now. Just adds to the watches story I guess.
