That’s very interesting, would you mind sharing which London ADs where you have seen it on display?

It’s most probably a ploy, people see this, have FOMO and buy similar at a cheaper price, plus for greys it gives them the reason to up prices.

If I was a multi millionaire earning $50k a week, then paying that wouldn’t be crazy anymore. It’s all relative and I think the target buyer is clear.

It is also easy to get these niche buyers when the watch is still relatively rare due to it just being released.

Nothing with the Rolex market surprises me anymore. Given the current state of affairs I’ll actually be surprised if this doesn’t sale close to it’s asking

You’ll think if you can afford this watch, you would be on someone’s VIP list.

Really? It's a 40k watch. Nothing absurd relative to the industry....

I was poor too many years to learn to throw money away just because I have it.

So the listing is for 50% mark-up over list price - how is this any different than the new OP, the Daytona, any SS sub, BLRO, etc etc ?

My dealer told me that they dont even know if they'll get one next year , I ordered the yellow gold version which is now ready for me to collect .
I have a feeling that these will be the next hot models as I've seen very few for sale anywhere

Exactly this, whatever it costs, doesn't matter.
