My Breguet Marine II Chrono... I already wear it almost daily, so not much would change!
Rolex folks, don't pitch a fit with me please, I just got my GMT IIc 50th Anniv, so it has been actively added to rotation. It is just that a solid-gold watch on a bracelet has its place, and it is not for everyday wear. I do, however, LOVE it very much!

The GMT-IIC is my favorite for its utility and for this reason it would be my choice for a year that would likely also involve at least a few weeks of travel in different TZs.
